How are you billed for Direct Routing service?

Live Hub’s Direct Routing for Teams service is billed on a per user, monthly basis.

Billing is performed hourly for the fraction of the monthly cost, calculated based on the number of configured Teams users (Licensed Users) and the license type being used. A detailed Live Hub pricing schema can be found here.

Minutes for Teams to SIP connections are included in the price per user and do not incur additional charges *. Any other type of traffic within Live Hub, such as a call from Teams to a bot, a call from a phone number supplied by AudioCodes to Teams, or any other call that doesn’t involve Teams connectivity, is billed according to the rates specified in the Live Hub pricing schema.

* Note that each Teams user in your account is provided with 500 free minutes. The total number of free minutes allocated to your account per month is determined by multiplying the number of Teams users configured in your account by 500. If the total number of free minutes for your account is exceeded, you’ll be billed according to the Live Hub pricing schema, which outlines the rates and charges for additional minutes beyond the free allocation. For example, assuming that you have 100 Teams users configured in your account, the initial 50,000 minutes (i.e., 500 minutes per user x 100 users) are included in the Teams Direct Routing price and will not incur additional charges. However, for any minute exceeding the 50,000 minute mark, you’ll be billed according to the rates specified in the Live Hub price book.
